1.) Contact a Quench Representative by phone at 888-554-2782 or by email at quenchservice@quenchonline.com. Please have your Order ID number ready.
2.) Return the item(s) in the original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, securely package the item(s) to avoid potential damage. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees per our [Return Policy].
3.) Ship the item(s) to: 2495 Boulevard of the Generals, Bldg A, Norristown, PA 19403-5236.
4.) Once the item(s) are received by Quench, any applicable refund will be issued to the original credit card.
